    2 used TUXEDO SP-6K-SS 6,000 LB SINGLE POST STORAGE LIFTs for sale. These were $3,800 new. Letting them go for $1,000 EACH plus you must pickup, dismantle, and load yourself. Both lifts are in good working condition and just need a good cleaning. Pictures on link below.

    Yes. Pretty low so not huge issue. Depending how you mount it, I'd try to keep drivers door away from post, back in also helps with the footings.
    I'll try to get height of footings and post it
