Anyone have an idea on updated F512M asking prices. I 'assume' the selling prices are a bit lower. 10,000-20,000 mile cars.
Let’s face it, if the M was not rare it would not be considered a highly regarded car; it’s far from being generally considered as Ferrari pretty but then again they didn’t make many hence its price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
To each his own. I own one and I find it prettier than the standard 512TR. And that is why I bought one. I respect everyone's opinion. We all have different tastes.
As a young teen in the Testarossa era, they were always a distant second to the Countach. But, to me, the M was by far the coolest. If I were to get a Testarossa, it would only be an M. The changes they made, particularly the front end styling are great. So, yes, rarity is nice, but I’d still like it Best even if the 512 TR and M production numbers were flipped. But, that’s just one opinion.
I’m pretty sure If u were to look at the poll done recently on this forum the overwhelming majority found the 512TR,then TR then M to be the prettiest. I wouldn’t want a M for the world but each person have their preferences like you said Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
but the rear end looks terrible ( in my old eyes ) for free of course ! ! ! even about nearly double the price of a testarossa ( because of the improvement from the technic ), but never 3 times more
Other vehicles are in the same boat with respect to supply and demand. Supply and demand set market price. LP 400 Countach / LP 5000 QV F.I. Countach. Miura SV / Miura 300SL / 190SL - cosmetically the two cars have similar design, but different prices F512M / Testarossa 250 GT Cabriolet Series II / 250PF 2005 GT2 / 2001 996 TT
Why not the SLs? A good 190 is at least 200k and 300 is a million no? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
https://www.carthrottle.com/post/ob8vzb6/ Coming in at number 9 I do agree the mondial is a billion times uglier, now that even for free I don’t want Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Now we can argue the list but not the number one... being European I almost threw up the first time I saw a multipla The Ff actually grew on me with the right specs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Actually in my opinion there are quite a few ugly Ferraris but I will not name them. That is a little like telling a proud new mother her baby is ugly. All puppy's are cute, not all babies are cute. Though, I do agree, the M is a cool looking car, in great measure because they got rid of the disastrous hide away headlights. The wheels on the other hand are a crime against humanity.
