it was Algar the Ferrari dealership Rosemont Pa. in 1972 - this is right across the street from their current location
Waow! I confuse the dealership with a coffee shop... I must consult my ophthalmologist Do you remember the white car?
Judging by what I can see of shapes of the front deck, roof, and rear fender.... I'm pretty sure it is a Mangusta.
Did not know it was posted before - this came in an email back in 2013 from my friend Frank D. who used to be the manager at Algar. His email said the following. How about the cars out front; two brand new Dinos, a Superfast, a deTomaso Mangusta and my first demo 2000 Spider Veloce!!
My brother in New Jersey sent me a CD that he found at a garage sale. It was marked Ferraris. I konw nothing about the photos or where they came from. Maybe someone can identify the cars and Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login owners. These pix are poor copies lifted from Stan Grayson's outstanding book "Ferrari, the Man, the Machines", published 1975 by Automobile Quarterly in USA. Marcel Massini
C.Shelby at the wheel of the 410S Ferrari, chassis # 0598CM, entered by J. Edgar. She exceptionally wears race nr 18 instead Shelby`s habitual 98 one. Shelby came home 2nd behind J-M Fangio 300S Maser, chassis # 3071, before a hard but unfortunate De Portago's 857S, (3rd + fastest lap).
