Barcelona Testing 2019 (Circuit de Catalunya)

So let's pretend Ferrari does have an advantage going into the first races. What they can't do, as they've done in previous seasons, is squander those opportunities to capitalize on whatever slight advantage they have because they and everyone else with any common sense knows that Merc will change, update, develop, cheat, anything to regain that advantage. They're merciless when it comes to winning so I really hope Ferrari have their strategic chops figured out.

 

I'm currently in training for a 12-14 April motorsports bender. 1am-ish local telecasts of Chinese GP and will attend live MotoGP by day at COTA. The workout regimen is demanding, but had great success this past weekend.

Is any network televising this in the US?

 

If it’s on sky tv, I can give one person my Sky go credentials to log in and watch (via a VPN if you are outside the uk).

 

At present, there is no planned coverage from either Sky Sports F1 or F1 TV of the second pre-season test, which begins on February 26.

I thought the point of the Sky F1 channel was that it would show every test, every practice etc etc....... now they’ve got my money they don’t want to supply the goods anymore then!

Ok, looks like Merc have been banging away on the 3D printer. If it was planned why run the car last week in the original format?
Knowing how organised they are I can't see that these pieces weren't ready.
So are they a reaction to a less than happy 1st week?
Are the making it up as they go along?
Personally I hope the new bits drop off.

 

100% agree, but under Mattia i am hopeful, Arivabenne's regime sounded like one where fear of failure inevitably lead to failure.
We now seem a more positive outfit where people will have room to think.
