So it looks like I'm back again after having picked up another 6-speed 360 coupe. Man are these things are to come across now. At the time of searching I think there were only 6~7 examples that were coupes. Which isn't a lot considering, so I count myself as lucky to have found one that ticks all the requirements.

Interestingly I had a 6-speed coupe many years ago, but had to trade it in towards a Scuderia at the time. However I have continuously missed the engagement and fun of driving a manual 360 so this second time around, it's safe to say this is a keeper.

New (to me) one should be here late next week to join the Scud. Can't wait!

But here's the real message: if you are considering a manual 360 coupe, don't wait, they're definitely harder to come by and I would imagine going to get a bit more expensive as time goes on.

Took me 2 years to find my '99 gated coupe. Last Ferrari I will ever buy. A wonderful car.

I think that in sheer numbers, there were more 360s sold than 430s or 458s. The gated versions, at least good ones, are getting very hard to find. I intend to keep my gated spider as long as I can.

Congrats, great choice I was slightly disappointed when I clicked on the thread because from the title I thought you already had one and had added a second, which would be even better.

I'd love to add a gated coupe to my gated spider.

The only thing better than a gated 360 is multiple gated 360s. :D

My only regret with my manual 360 is that I didn’t get a spider.
    Oh well.

FChat doesn’t allow me to post more pics? Is there a limit to how many you can post or am I doing something wrong?

Know exactly what you mean. I’m on my 3rd Gated 360 :) BTW Yellow Compass has a beautiful silver 360 gated coupe right now. If I didn’t have mine I would jump all over it.

There is a bit of cowl shake in a 360 spider. Coming from a 355 spider, it’s noticeably increased.

I initially wanted the Modena, but ended up getting a spider. I still can't decide which I'd prefer in addition to the extra rigidity and lower weight, coupes are just so livable for daily driving without worrying so much about parking where you won't get tree gunk or bird crap. Of course the 360 top is not the most reliable of any convertible in the world. The spider certainly has some upsides though, a drive on a nice day can be better than anything else with the top down in the right conditions, and with the 360 you don't get the sort of sound induction magic like a lot of modern cars do to ensure you hear the engine fully within the cabin, so having the top off really does let you get the most out of that amazing cinquevalvole! If I had to choose between an identically specced Modena and Spider I just don't know if I could ever decide.

Oh yes... the CF Sport Seats are an awesome addition to the gated 360. I can't imagine my car without them!

Like the direction you are headed. Looking forward to seeing more!

    Cheers!
