How hard will it be to make a 458 or 488 bodykit to make them look like an F8?
I am sad to see the model numbers disappear! 246, 308, 328, 348, 355, 360, 430, 458, 488, and now, F8. (I'm sure there are more in this line but this is what I can remember.)
The difference in aust apart from the obvious of lower popn therefore smaller market, is that there are laws which dealers need to abide by. Unlike in the states, dealership can operate almost like a mafia with adm etc. To get a pista in Australia the rules are simple, if you own a GTb or spider than you qualify, its black and white. You are not discriminated just because you have never own a Ferrari previously. But before you start comparing, the base cost in aust much higher too because of the taxes. So for every 1 exotic we own here, we can possibly have 2 or more in the states.
If you look at the official photogallery this car could be a fantastic and beautiful Ferrari...Proportions and body shapes are properly of a Ferrari. Think about Ferrari Big Brother with camo.. same proportions of Battista
The front has some Ferrari Sergio's traces. What they did with the front wing is amazing. The rear is beautiful too. WAW
I started with a 458 and bought a 488 (after I also had to buy a Cali T). Sold all of them and now have a Lambo but now I am thinking about going back to a 458 as a daily. Miss the sound of the 458.
See the roof lines - side profile and top. Familiar to 458/488/F8. Or am I imagining things? Very happy for them. It will be a success.
I would like to pick up an F8 but I cringe that I have to deal with my local F dealer! First thing they will say is it's a 3 year wait and will tell me if I buy a Lusso or Portofino they can move me up to within 12 months.
This proves it. When the car is in deep color, the vents contrast diminishes significantly and more j50 it looks. Can someone make the car in blu scozio and in spider? I think that will just be awesome!
And ... 1900 HP. Thanks to collaboration with Rimac. Pininfarina designed the 458 and they repeated some design clues on their Battista. For me it's a Tributo to the 458 design .
