Hi Love the lift. What height is your garage? And where did you source the lift from? Thanks Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
Hi Nathan, the garage was a very careful design as my ridge line height was fixed by the Planners, so the wider I went the less headroom I got and on the other hand, the less width meant I couldn't get the two lifts in! This meant the governing factor was the design of the high collar tie as the higher I went with this, the larger the rafter required, thus then reducing headroom...confused?? Anyway, below is a section which shows the dims. The final width meant I had to install the lifts with both middle legs on the centre line, so slightly staggered, but it works just fine.
Alas... after over 6 years of loving devotion to my 1991 BMW e31 pictured elsewhere within this thread, and to which I poured everything I had and could on it, time came to let it go and instead rely on something modern as a daily driver... So, I wasted no time in picking up my Alfa Guilia pictured below! On one end, its great to have a modern car, but on the other, it does not stir up any of the passion I have developed for older cars. Its actually roomy, economical on gas, very fast, and still not seen regularly. All I had to do was to tint the windows, add a K&N, AutoDelta decal, and good to go! Image Unavailable, Please Login

I picked this up for cheap recently and brought it back to life. 1991 Lancia Thema 16v Turbo in Lord Blue. Same engine as a Delta Integrale. Was originally sold in Japan but came to the US in 2016 or so then it sat not-running until winter 2019. Sadly no MK1. I have MK2 through to TF. I would love to add a MK1 Lotus Cortina to the collection but they are worth way more than the 400i these days.

Title should say other "vehicles". I have a boxer and an F150 but I have more motorcycles than cars so here's one of mine I finished restoring last winter, 1966 Electraglide. Image Unavailable, Please Login
