On a 488 GTB does WET mode reduce power to the engine? I can't find the answer in the owner's manual or anywhere on the internet.

The reason for asking is based on the results I am getting off of my Dynojet 248. I am down about 30 rwhp from testing I performed in late January of last year. There have been absolutely no changes to the car and the air conditions are very close.

With the car strapped to the dyno as soon as I started my warmup drive a number of error messages appear on the dash. One that I don't recall appearing last year is the warning message "Manettino failure". This results in the car going into WET mode and the Manettino no longer responds to any changes. No matter which mode I select the dash says "WET" and the Manettino has a little light next to the WET selection.

The only way to eliminate any and all of the warning messages is to remove the car from the dyno and drive it on the street for about 250 yards. Instantly everything is back to normal with no warning messages.

    Any help is appreciated.

I don't "know" anything on this, but it sounds like they dyno is causing the car to sense wheel slip. Of course the car wants to default into the safest mode possible so you get wet mode. You successfully ran on this same shop/dyno in the past? Is there anything different in the process? Same operator? Is there a brake or clutch on the dyno that isn't being applied?

Yep, it's my DynoJet and I'm the only one operating it. Everything on the Dynojet is operating flawlessly. The car definitely does not like the back wheels rotating while the front are stationary.

Wow, I was hoping for more responses than just one.
