Have you checked the relay, bulb, and switch?

Remember that th 4 way flasher switch also goes faulty, the signals will not work. Normally it can fix by multiple switch operations to clean contacts

2 things happen to those switches. 1 is the plastic parts break from age and that does not really cause this. The other is the contacts get dirty from non use and that hardly requires a rebuild of the switch. Contact cleaner and flicking the switch 20 times typically fixes that.

3 problems. I forgot one. The solder joint breaks on the small green wire that makes the head lights go up and down.

Thanks to all. Flashers work. Headlights go up and work. Yes, the plastic is broken and the blinker handle falls out. Wiring for this was redone about 3 years ago. We are getting 12 V to the blinker switch and have the name of a guy to rebuild. Will definitely try to clean contacts and flicker. Thank!
