I remember when you got the LaFerrari and thought it was a unique spec at the time. When I first saw your Pista at the dealer I immediately thought of that blu TdF LaFerrari. Didn't know you had both so thanks for sharing your beautiful blue Ferrari builds and the stories behind your color choices here!

Can anyone confirm how much custom colors on the stripe cost above the standard stripes?

We designed an unusual asymmetric stripe with two Tailor Made specific colors, and the cost is $21,937. So, I think the price would be somewhere between the standard stripe price and our TM cost.

For me in the UK for the two tone stripe the extra was £1019 ($1350 ish) on top of the standard stripe cost.

I can confirm exactly. In germany it was EUR 1000 + VAT to change colour of inner stripe of the two stripe version.

That’s right. 1000 +VAT for a change to colors from the specific palette for these stripes.

Agreed, the yellow calipers don't go well with the golden rims, but the pictures remains absolutely stunning nontheless

I'd say maybe silver to break it up a bit, or color-matched the body.

I was thinking about this while writing my reply.

For my the only color is black. Golden rims are enough eye catching, there shoudn't be another color behind, it will inevitably look overdone IMO

To me, the point of this car is to be overdone, not sedated, classy, etc. Driving on civilian roads, going to work, the market, etc with a livery and gold rims alone can be considered 'overdone' by most of the population. These cars are meant to be fun and kudos to owners like these who embrace the character of the vehicle.

Silver wheels with yellow calipers contrasted with the blue would be killer. Otherwise Blue, then Black.

Only you can decide but one needs to be dropped as both clearly don't work together. Im talking gold and yellow calipers - neither work with gold wheels as the gold caliper is a different color to the wheel and is a visual conflict. Depending upon the body color if you were intent to go gold wheels you may only have the black caliper to go with.

Agree in the sense that these types of cars are to be celebrated but there are instances where lines need to be drawn, and gold wheels with gold or yellow calipers is one of them IMHO. Sure you can do it - as has been seen - but there are better outcomes available.
