Gotta go with the 458 Spider. An amazing vehicle.
Gee no one picked a California?

Been driving the 488 lots lately working on Magnum Pi in Hawaii, but it’s still the FF for me a truly magnificent achievement.

That has to be one of the coolest fchat posts ever ‘just working on Magnum pi, you know, the show that everyone recognises BECAUSE of the Ferrari’!

Nice work by the way, I haven’t watched too many episodes yet, but it’s sufficiently the same, and sufficiently different, to the original to be working well from how I’d gauge it so far

    355

The car just does everything right, it's easy to live with and absolutely fun to drive. Every Ferrari model has it's personality, but 355 seems to be that sweet spot where it's the best of all worlds.

Italia. That would be the best I could do under $200k. If not an Italia, would be a really well optioned 2010 599 GTB.

I just went to see a 458 Spider with my name on it yesterday, $200k is about the limit to my budget and I'm not getting her at $200k, I'm afraid. Really hoping I hear about a contract win this week.

I've watched about 4 or 5 now. It is easy watching and in many ways similar I think to the original. However I admittedly never watched many of the originals and in fact probably only about 4 or 5.

  14. The car that I am going to buy when I return to the US - a F430 Spider with manual and if I can't find a 'vertible in that price range, it will have to be a coupe.

Looking forward to buying my first F-Car. I hope it is better than my previous Lambo experience. 2 days of ownership ended with an engine fire but that was in the early 2000s. :(

I am happy to say that the stock options that I thought I didn't vest in (terminated on the day they vested) did actually happen so that is paying for the new car. :)

I recall Bill Noon & Co were highly respected back when it was "Symbolic Motors" for Ferrari & Lamborghini full body restoration in San Diego.

That's why I put their name in [ brackets ]

    Ok well:
1- the car is much more in the 100k the. 125k
2-15k major + 10k while u are at Is is ludicrous- should to cost u more than 15k all together
3-unless u do a full paint job a dye of the Interior shouldn’t cost more than 5k
4-I shipped enclosed from FL to CA for 2k
    5-insurance?! 70 bucks with State Farm,5k a year 500 deductible...

So at the door much closer to 125k than 200k, that’s what I paid for a concours Ferrari at Ferrari of Orlando 1988 1/2 with 23k miles.

Because I am a cheap bastage and long term value is important either a manual 430 or a Scud.
Manual 430 is probably the safer bet but.... man... a Scud would be awesome ! Thats where my heart is right now as my "next" Ferrari.

If I were depreciation were not a factor then a 458 or 599.
Who knows the 458 as last of the NA V-8s may do well also.
599's have a long way down yet.

    I'll give you $200k
"Manual 430 is probably the safer bet"

Can't see this being true.....manufacturers can make cars with manuals......look at what the new GT3 manual announcement did to 997.2 GT3 pricing.
