The company at the GP was great but I think the VICs are losing the plot for the spectators and seem to be milking the event for max profit with the least input (a great business model if you want to be classified as cheapskates). For example, the "advantage" enclosure had 2 types of food, yum cha (yuk) or pizza. The pizza was run by uni students who had know eye deer what they were doing and only had 2 small ovens that could handle a max of 2 tiny pizzas at a time and we estimated they lost maybe a thousand clients per hour while they stood around looking at the girl making the pizzas during the 15 mins it took to cook the 4 tiny pizzas Then not enough seats in the enclosure and very long lines for the $9.50 330ml beers which were that Heiniken crap. Plus I go prepared for the usual 4 seasons in one day Melbourne weather and what happens ???!! Gold Coast weather for 4 days !! First world problems are the worst .......I'm in a Lexus instead of a Ferrari Will I go again ............ only if 360C comes next time with Giovanni Millard and me
haha that was a classic. It was a spoof of the Marshall Batteries ad done by Billy Birmingham on wired world of sports
Used to love listening to Billy....Loved the 80s....Good music , great cricket and everyone I knew owned a house with a swimming pool , and 40K for a shack on the beach up the central coast....It was the lucky country.....
Reminds me of when I went to buy my E49 in the 70s, my uncle died and my aunt asked if I wanted to buy the house at Burrill Lakes on the south coast for $5k ....... of course, like the genius I am I said no Probably worthless in the real estate crash we're having Image Unavailable, Please Login
