    Thank you. Wonderful to hear stories of Masten. He was old school...raced because he loved it...like Phil Hill and the other drivers in those days they slept in whatever hotel they could afford...or even in their cars. They'd go from race to race even when they didn't have a drive in hopes they'd pick one up. In the 1950s my mother was a waitress in a little LA bar, the Grand Prix. Lance Reventlow and many of the drivers would hang out at. She said they were all very nice but not very good tippers. Shelby and another racer, MacAfee, had a small shop on Sunset Blvd where they'd work on cars, sell them...I don't think any of them were rich (except Reventlow)...they just loved racing.

    Vettel over the last 3 years at Ferrari for his boneheaded, unforced errors.

    Kimi post 2007 for having the wind seem to leave his sails, although at least he often got fast lap of the race, proving that he HAD the pace but maybe no longer the heart to fight all weekend.
