DJ SpinSeb is back at it again. It is no wonder Ferrari got Leclerc to hedge that risk. So gutted for Leclerc, let's hope Ferrari fix their issues. Leclerc will be the one to fight Mercedes.

How many unforced errors are acceptable? He wasn't ever going to get elton in T5, his next chance would be around T10 and the DRS there or the straight...nope booted it, spun, ruined the tyres, shook wing to pieces....and that was that.

we all know how ferrari was with their strategies...not blaming the full lot on that, don't get me wrong, but Kimi was never allowed to really go for it.

I just can't believe the amount of mistakes Vettel is making. Enough is enough.

I agree with Bas. I have defended Vettel and been forgiving of the issues last year. But he just doesn’t seem to have it and Ferrari gift another one to Hamilton, who is by far the luckiest man in Motorsport.

yep....I'm sure anyone going back to my early tweets will see my support of Vettel in his very early days.

    Right now I'm over it.

I'm Kimi's biggest fan but he's not at level he was with McLaren days...
Vettel on the other hand is way over-rated and now looking back he did so well because his Red Bull at the time was utterly dominant over the rest..
Ferrari should get behind Leclerc unequivocally and start looking for a Vettel replacement asap...Kimi is not the answer, he was 10 years ago but he's become a mid-pack special. Seb needs a performance coach and a psychiatrist, he threw last year's championship away and he needs to be fired and replaced by a young gun like Lando Norris, Sainz or Giovanizzi

I'd go for Norris. Him and Kimi had some good wheel to wheel today at Bahrain. He defends(not like Max) and looks tactful. Looks level headed on the track giving where that MCL34 puts him with all the others.

Yeah, I know the whole contract issue.

I agree the conversation for a new replacement for Vettel should start soon. 2019 is probably the last year Ferrari is going to tolerate F2-rookie level unforced errors from Vettel.

There must be something that changed him after 2017 Singapore GP, Vettel has been making high profile dumb errors since then.

As for replacement, probably not GIO. Somehow I think HAM might be a possibility. Otherwise, GIO as a rear gunner for Leclerc.

PS: RIC must be screaming inside him as the Red Bull 'Honda' lapped him.

RIC would have also been good as 2nd fiddle to Leclerc, but at this point too much negative energy....
Hamilton tries to dominate team so I think Norris to backup Leclerc..

Actually, RIC wouldn't be a bad idea to replace VET. Kind of tired of VET's silly mistakes. HAM makes VET look like a tiny vulnerable ant.

There are lots of expensive contracts involved so for good or for bad, don´t expect any change till 2021. Bringing the good old Raikkonen would not be a great solution, Giovinazzi is not doing great either and there are not any Academy candidates inmediately available.

I just hope that in the meantime Vettel recovers some sanity and at least he becomes an average but reliable driver.

Sainz is getting out done 2nd weekend in a row by an inexperienced rookie.

I know Kimi is in my thread name but I would welcome Ricciardo with open arms. He'd be a fantastic addition to the team.

He is available now and can get on the car now.
