Thanks Guys. Love all the pics! Ray B: That garage is stunning! Love it. I am almost done with mine. The NSX: 1998 NSX that I have owned since 2003. Full NSX Type R suspension, Racing cats and Borla exhaust. It is louder than the Speciale on start up.
Napoli: It was just a way for me to challenge myself; a carrot in front of a stick if you will. It is not meant to be a snobbish comment AT ALL.
Congratulations! I know your name has been on here for a while and I am delighted to see that your dream has been realized. I hope it gives you many years of smiles and that you keep it forever.
Living the dream. I waited 9 years after residency to get my first F-car also went the 911 route first as is typical of young attendings. Props for having the patience to wait 19 years but life, family, work often get in the way of fulfilling our childhood dreams. Congrats for never losing the passion.
A few steps behind. 4 years out of training and looking for a 458 spider in another year. Inspiring to see others with the same dream. Sent from my SM-N920V using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I got my first Fcar 3 years after fellowship training...2nd Fcar 10 years after the 1st. I have always had passion for the brand ever since I went to Modena in 1983- as a young teenager. I have been motivated for the Marque since then. I truly understand where you’re coming from... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's reassuring to see other physicians buying these (still buying despite changes in the field). Ive been fixated on these cars since someone let me drive an F1 355 when i barely had a license. I know of doctors that are somewhat "closet enthusiasts" because of concern of the impressions of from others. This issue has been beaten to death in other threads though so we'll leave it be. Like the nsx as well btw. I should have picked up something earlier as a transition like other people have done here. Im instead driving something on the other end of the vehicle spectrum. The cake is a nice touch. For years I have saved a nice bottle of italian wine or an afterparty. Sent from my SM-N920V using FerrariChat.com mobile app
