Do you have a digital kitchen scale? How many grams is that monster? My white gold Daytona weighs 212 grams (with one link removed) while my two-tone Submariner weighs a measly 150 g.

They should have made the Dato like a reverse’o so you could wear it case-back up. Its a shame to hide that beautiful movement.
Shunning the ‘smaller watch’ trend today with a classic 5002 Big Pilot. Big is better. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Love the Big Pilot. I’ve wanted one for quite awhile but haven’t done the research to know the difference between one and the next from rarity and investment standpoint so I still haven’t pulled the trigger. Really cool watches though...
Look for a complete set reference 5002 with a recent service (service runs about $800). The 5002 is the first modern series BP. Not going to be a big money maker down the road but will hold it value well. I have what’s called a transitional 5002. It’s a 5002 with a 5004 movement. Only made paint 150-200 of these at the end of the run in 2006. These are a lot more rare and command a nice premium if you can find one. It’s a great watch with a great dial.
