I did formula cars and tin tops for a bit and campaigned an old Indycar. I am so done with trailers and crews. It's so nice to just drive to track. Wear out some tires and brakes and drive home. I don't even like to check lap times anymore. But I love a track day!

So 23,000 miles with accident history sold for USD$118,000. A true "driver" CS (presuming it was put back together professionally and runs/functions well).

Nice car, love the silver with stripe and leather seats. This car has a history of over-reaching asking prices per the registry.

I'll likely be putting some fabspeed or agency headers on my CS this summer.
Does anyone happen to have a sound clip of a 360CS with catless aftermarket headers, testpipes, and stock CS muffler?
Can't seem to find any clips with that stated combination.

Very nice. It still maintains that special tone which is what's most important to me.
With test pipes and factory precats in place mine is already at the point of being almost too loud. I drove it through a tunnel 2 weeks ago and it was legitimately painful to the ears. But the thought of ingesting precat material is even more painful.

My Son (who drives a really loud Porsche GT4) says my Strad is "stupid loud." He's just jealous. :)

I could not bear the thought of the precat material fear, and I am an 'ol hot-rodder so headers suit me. But it is l o u d. I installed a Capistrano button so that I can go to quiet when needed. It seems quieter than stock when I am in the stealth mode. Might be the best of both worlds.

Before you give it away, check Haggerty's values:

    #1..... $340K
    #2.....$260K
    #3.....$206K
    #4.....$178K

So, unless your car is an absolute junker, you are giving it away.

Hagerty doesn't seem to include mileage.

With no accident history it's more like this:

#1 - <5k miles with factory stripe and red
    #2 - ~10-15k with factory stripe
    #3 - ~15k no stripe
    #4 - ~25k miles no stripe
    (#5 - ~35-40k miles no stripe)

Numbers are basically the same for non stripe - there isnt a 5 percent difference, maybe 3 percent max

Taking my CS to COTA tomorrow and love that I will warm the tires up on the way. I will eventually buy a race car dedicated to track days but as stated, the convenience of driving from home to the track and back....while having the best sounding car on the track...is awesome.

Right now the only factory stripe cars that are close to $200k have accidents or a questionable past. Seems to be a much higher premium than just 5% but could just be the timing right now with whatever cars are for sale. Ex. silver no stripe for $215k and similar silver with factory stripe and 4500 more miles for $258k ask.

Amazing how much better the CS drove home after stretching it’s legs on the track. Those that question buying a car that’s been tracked should rethink...after this weekend, I’d suggest it’s just what the car doctor ordered. Everything feels better now. She shifts cleaner, brakes quicker, and sounds even better. And she had some good company!

And she handled incredibly, Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I agree. My car runs much sweeter since I found a 20 mile country loop to stretch it out on two years ago.

Is there a reason why the airbag cover is a different shade than the rest of the dash ?
