25 years. A quarter of a century. His presence in the sport still resonates. Much was learned and even more was changed after that horrendous weekend. Only a freak incident has taken another driver since. Although he is gone, for the fortunate who got to see him, his determination and will, for better or worse, will be his continuing legacy. RIP Roland and Ayrton.

A quarter of a century and Senna is still missed and his influence is still great in the paddock. It is very sad that it ended way too early and the world did not get to see the epic Senna and Schumacher battles that were sure to have taken place. The incredible void that was left, has not been refilled and I am truly grateful to have been so fortunate to have seen the GOAT during his prime and witnessed his magic first hand in Montreal. Sempre Senna!

My favourite decade in F1 is coincidentally Ayrton’s completed seasons, 1984 - 1993. The Senna turn in Montreal is aptly named, those who were fortunate enough to witness him in section 11 or 12 in Montreal received his staccato throttle serenade on every lap. Sad week to remember actually, it’s now 37 years on the 8th for Enzo’s favourite.

27years ago today. The sport still feels the loss. RIP Ayrton and Roland.😥😥

I still remember watching the race live and hoping that it was just a big "shunt". :(

When cars were "of the proper size" with proper engines and able to see what is in front of you.

I recall it vividly. No one was in a hurry to extricate him from the car.
