New Ferrari OEM Sport Exhaust for F430 Available

How is this different then the standard F430 exhaust? is it just valveless?

actually seen a few vids its surprisingly good without an xpipe and amazingly light and a Ferrari product so fully certified and road legal

Saw one listed, new for $4k on Ebay. I prefer a higher pitch myself, but still sounds and looks great.

 

It seems to be identical to a Tubi dual muffler system. Probably made by Tubi.

It's brief, but loud

These are all with the Valves fully open.

 

Sounds pretty much like my setup with Top Speed headers, Tubi dual mufflers without valves and stock cats. A more deep tone then high pitch like you get with IPE or S-Line.

got the loud version, hoping it doesnt sound like a tractor on tickover, still in the market for the chrome tips quieter version also Oem part 70003290, just incase anyone has a new one for $3,000 shipped to CH

Mine is the loud version.
I''m sure the "loud - quiet" thing refers to the level of sound, or muffling when the valves are closed.
Valves open and it's the usual straight through full loud

Although thinking about it the Quiet version might add some of that muffling to valves open position.

Would be interesting to see, or hear both versions side by side.

 

I will need to fabricate a new "heat shield" to cover up my mini cats on my Kline Cats for my vehicle matriculation test, any ideas where to buy similar shiny aluminium to that which Ferrari uses in the engine bay around the exhausts ?

What mini cats did you buy and how effective were they? You have Kline 100 cell or 200 cell?

I have 100 cell Kline inconel Cats on my Scud, which somehow needs 100 cells to get the sound right (I tried 200 cells, too quiet). On the 430 Spider I have 200 cell Kline stainless steel cats and conversely I initially went with 100 cell inconel but it was toooo much sound. Pity the Cats between the SCUD and 430 are NOT interchangeable !
