So I was all proud of that strip of foam that lays on top of the radiator because it appeared to be in such good condition. Then two days ago it was laying under the hood in a bunch of pieces. Anyone know where I can get a replacement? Seems like it’s getting kind of hard to find. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I think it’s called Volara. Believe it or not, you can get something very close at Home Depot.

Also, want to point this out.

Before I had my foam replaced, we measured the existing foam and these were the dimensions,

    (Mondial t cab):

    25 Inches Wide
3.5 Inches Tall (One thing people I noticed here say is 4 inches tall - I believe that is correct because there is extra space below my foam. )
    1.5 Inches Deep

    25x4x1.5 is correct.

    *** however ***

In the hood there is more space to make it taller (more then even 4 inches) - not sure if the one I had was meant to be 3.5 inches tall, or the one I had itself was a replacement foam with wrong specs. i don't know the answer..

FWIW: Whatever you do towards replacement, make sure you get "closed cell foam," it won't absorb moisture like "open cell foam," this can cause rust on your radiator or hood.
