This is soooo not a good idea. It's not that the belts snap but the teeth sheer and the timing is thrown off and....bam!

There's a lot one can do with the engine in so it's not all or nothing. But belts, roller bearings, water pump seal all have to do with the safety of the engine....and your wallet.

I wouldn't take the risk like that.

Just looking at the pics the finish looks a little dull, but that could just be the lighting. I would think a black one would bring a small premium compared to red.

I win. I said it was worth $110 but I was worried it would sell for around $100 and not hit reserve. Well it hit reserve at $110k. Nat you can send your nickel via mail. Ty

 

So 110k+5k bat it’s 115k, day 15 to fix it u are at 130k for a perfectly sorted low mileage TR.
Seems the average of 100k for a well sorted one is still true.
