Added some R12 to the AC system and changed the oil. Getting 40F air from the center vent now. (Wow) Good to go for FLA summer driving now.

Remember, the recommend high side values in the repair manual are at 2500 RPM, not idle. May seem a bit high if you are used to charging the system at idle. This note took my system from 50F to 40F out of the center vents.

Beautiful night in WNY, so I put in the car seat for my little guy, grabbed the mrs and went for a nice drive. Dinner, coffee, and stopped to see some friends. And of course we took the little guy to a playground. When he came home today, he said: " dad, let's take the Ferrari to get french fries and go playground with the big slide. Please!!!" Can't argue with that !!

Went for a nice 50 mile trek through the hills of Western NJ. Also got ethanol free gas that's now available at a station less than 2 miles from my home. It was a good day.

Installed a new modern stereo so when I need to drive legally I have a distraction. Treated the leather tho a leather dye is in my future. Installed coco mats and did a temporary fix of the fan rheostat so I have control of air flow again. All this while waiting for some suspension pieces to put rear suspension back together.

    Is it back together?
How was the shift fork alignment? And the big question: Does it shift any better?
A non leaking old Ferrari just ain’t right!

Yes, back together. No alignment needed, just put it back with the mark made before removal. Shifting feels better and tighter. And yes, first time in the last 25yrs without leaks.

Replaced the top on my 87 Cab. Still working out a couple of wrinkles, but overall pretty pleased.
Had a nasty slice on the rear passenger buttress, so improvement was needed.

Classic slice due to dropping the roof incorrectly. I did the same thing.

I've applied some protective clear foil on my foglights!! Believe me, it is necessary! One stone can ruin your foglights (and your mood... )

    Very good idea!
Are those new lights? Your front end looks nearly perfect.

No, this side is still the original one. Just a carefully driven car with 60500km (appr. 37600mls) on the odo!
