For sure, 2019 is going to be my last in business. The plan is to cut down to an elite group of existing customers for next year, maybe 50-60 total, then some others. Already not taking any Gallardos, probably have a cut off around the late 90s for most marques. Retain a handful of dealers.

Thanks for the support over last 30 years, hope you make the cut!

For a few months I will certainly take care of my existing clientelle, after April I hope to have a cut off year of 1999. Absolutely NO Lamborghinis after Jan 1, 2019. So, yes I am Jim.

Currently starting talks with some KY based guys about running a north and south shop, so don't give up yet, still trying to make something work..........
Two experienced people may be involved and I stay as a consultant for a while, expand the marques again, even those L'cars!

Good luck Brian. I am planning similar, just have not made a schedule yet. When people ask I tell them I am in the buggy whip business. The industry has gone in a direction I won't go and the range of cars I enjoy keeps getting narrower. You and I were around for its heyday.

Well, things are a little more positive for those enquiring about continuing service, hoping to shortly announce good news for those in the Indy/Louisville areas. Please voice support and encouragement to those currently involved in the negotiations.

I am new to Ferrari, although long time in tracking and servicing my own Porsches. You mentioned asking about Scuderia Indy, so I am asking - especially since you mention some Indy-Louisville connection. I am in Louisville and it is next to impossible to find and purchase a Ferrari (or anything special) without going out of town. I saw a 2000 360 in Noblesville on Autotrader but cannot get the seller to respond. Do you have any knowledge of this car?

    Thank you.

Been in here a couple of times, 06/15 @ 34,xxx for timing belt service, 05/17 @ 44,009 for annual fluids, clutch wear at that time was 32% worn.

Thank you for the information. I have since been able to get in touch with him, he was out of the country and seems like a nice guy that knows and drives the car.

Once again, all plans have reverted back to my single ownership of this business, as such I am beginning the run down of business to facilitate my retirement and thank you all for the friendships and support over the years.
Business as usual for a while though..........

Still seeking a takeover proposal to avoid complete closure of the bizz. Survived the Rona crisis, crazy phones/enquiries for servicing but tempus fugit, even getting to rework the stuff done by "other" local "specialists......
