HELP! A friend's TR driver's window became very slugglish, so he took it upon himself to pull the motor for a peek inside. As expected, he could'nt remember how it came apart., and now I'm sitting here with a tangled, unwound cable and dangling motor. Does anyone knoow of, or have a routing diagram/ or step by step assembly procedure available?

good luck when you not put it out ;)
when you never did this before then best would be to open the passenger door and look how it has to be. otherwise if you use a little logic you find out how it has to be. it is no magic.
unfortunatley I have no pictures but I did it already several times

Routing diagram is shown fairly well in the parts manual for the door. Google is your friend if you don't have the manual. But that won't help you much with getting it properly spooled at the motor.

There's a whole thread on window cable routing / rewinding. Feel free to search. I contributed to it, so search for my screen name.

Here's a corrected diagram for the drivers side--the one in the Workshop Manual is incorrect (it shows the circled area reversed). Good luck!
