    Hi Robin,
I do not know the Lucas part number, but the basic switch is the same as the electric window switch used on a 1966 and later, S3, Lotus Elan. The only differences is plastic knob, which pulls off to be replaced with a Ferrari mouse ear.

Thanks for the reply Bill, I had already identified the Lotus type window switch, I just wondered if anyone had the actual Lucas number allocated to the Ferrari antenna switch.

    Cheers

That's how I found one 17 years ago. Swapped the black plastic flipper piece and I was good to go. It took me months to find the switch...can't be any easier now.

I think the arial switch is still rare. I did a search on 'Lucas 39201B' and had little joy. Even the Lotus switch was a special order through SJ Sports Cars in the UK. That was about 5-years ago, when I re-did my center console. The truth is the plastic toggle switch it had was likely correct for my version of the car, a 1978 GTS, USA spec. The Lucas switch matches the other toggle switches, whereas the original, did not.

It would be possible to rewire the antenna for automatic use and re purpose the switch (location).

Bill, my car was also a 78 308GTS usa market car. The broken toggle I removed was exactly like the Lucas I replaced it with, except for the paddle. I believe my antenna switch was original to the car, not having been previously replaced...but I wouldn't know for certain.

Thank you for your reply, that is the second 'original' Lucas number I have found for the aerial switch.
