    I''ll be needing to install tires on my '85 QV this season. What are some of your favorite brands? I'll just be using the car on the street. I should note that the Yokahoma Intermediates ( Z-rated) on my car will be shot soon after 11k miles.

    I have visited the pirelli web site after hearing the fanfare for the p zero rossa tyre.I typed in tyre size and that the car will only be used in the dry.Wear rate low on the importance scale but feel and grip are the priority.The answer was the p zero nero-a tyre i have never heard of! Looking forward to trying it though!

    I would go to www.tirerack.com and check their survey/feedback for the tires you might be interested in. If you like yokohama, they have a new inexpensive Z-rated tire, that might be worth a look. For normal street driving they are probably all fine.
