i am hearing a rattle from the back above 5000rpm at full throttle. I am being told it is the carbon engine panals. Has anyone had this issue? The car is a 2009 Scud.
    Thanks

No, but shouldn't be hard to diagnose and fix yourself with the help of a friend, or even by yourself. I would rap on the panels to find where it is rattling and then remove the panel and add adhesive foam to the back or spacers to stop the rattling. I've dealt with this stuff on other cars before. Having a friend, you can rev the engine and listen for where it is coming from and pin point the offending spot.

Thank you. Yes, they are pretty easy to remove. It is weird that the noise sounds like detonation. But with the sophisticated ECU in the car, it shouldn’t be.
