It's ( was ) a 360CS I'm told it was purchased relatively recently on the east coast, owner hasn't had it long. Fuel tank split in the accident ( presumably because it was side impact near the tank). They would have needed the key & fob to start the car, you can't "hotwire" as 360.
That's what the scum bags do now: break in, often with violence, and get the keys. Hanging's too good for them
