I bet more pop up over the next few months, just a question as to whether or not you want to wait a bit or have some patience.

    09scud is this your's?

Most recent allocations are not until Dec/Jan delivery. After 6 month holds you will certainly see more on the market, but will most likely be high MSRP units (as most early units are).

Who cares--if you want it now it's the only way, so if you have the balls (and $$) do it.

There are over 20 Pista on sale in Europe at the moment. Free configuration slots go for 30-50 over MSRP

Cars for sale in Europe have no bearing in the US market. Right now there are 3 cars for sale in the us market. More are coming for sure no doubt- but right now it’s slim pickings.

Just in Germany are 16 for sale in Mobile.de and round about 25 on other German portals. We got the cars before Ferrari sold in the USA. So you will have this situation in the next month in the USA.

Based upon CarFax I'd say probably (given registration location)...but only he can answer.

    Why selling so soon?

And these are asked prices - the fact that they are (relatively) so low looks like desperate attempts from flippers expecting a bad trend.

Hmm that's a crazy asking price for a Pista. Here in the Middle East there's more than 10 units for sale with the cheapest one priced at $480k.

Before all you folks think the floor is falling on Pistas, keep in mind these cars being advertised publicly with nothing but delivery miles and being flipped by dealer mules.

First, they contact their local buyers with a BS excuse of why prior owner couldn't take delivery. Once no takers, they reach out to brokers to see if there's any bites. Still nothing, it gets posted online using the broker/dealer mule, which can freely export the car if needed.

Pista is still a phenomenal car and these flips turning up are just part of the massive demand. Mainly by folks that saw the wild success of the 458 Speciale values.

Except that in Europe, asked prices are not really impressive - seriously, which Ferrari owner should be overly excited by EUR 30K? (it's positive of course, but there are millions ways to make that sort of money)

Once again- Europe is a completely different market.

And for me- if the Pista ends up being at Msrp in 3 years instead of 100k it doesn’t mean I can now suddenly retire with the added windfall.

I expect Pista to stay around Msrp which means I can drive the car for a long while and move into something else in the future with little to no loss. That seems like a win to me.

People flipping 400k cars to make 30 grand never made any sense to me.

Wow, dealers in Europe are selling allocations, things must be ugly over there. You're right that European deliveries started at least a month before the USA, but our overall economy is in much better shape, but we do receive more cars too.

I can also get a really good chili cheeseburger In The US with ease but trying to get one in Prague is virtually impossible.

Like I said- US and EU totally different markets.

Except it's not actually us Ferrari owners flipping Pistas with delivery miles for $30K, these are dealer sales employees making $50-60K/yr. Of the the $30K profit, dealer will take a majority of it, but that salesperson makes a nice chunk too.

Again, a car being sold with nothing but delivery miles is just a dealer side flip, much better ROI in safer asset classes to be had.

Then I assume dealer is funding the transaction? I can’t imagine someone making 50-60k has the means to fund the transaction.
