Weird. I don't even see the antenna motor wiring in the wiring diagrams, so no clues there. As far as I can see, the systems affected had more than one common earth (although earth "100" appeared in a lot of those systems). Perhaps earth "100" is also used for the radio antenna motor? The radio itself uses a different earth.

I'm more inclined to think there was an open circuit or perhaps a short circuit on an unfused section of the ignition system. The wiring you disturbed probably had a link to the ignition "run" circuits.
