It was fixed when I got it. I'm told it had front and rear damage from fish tailing and smacking a guard rail. It's in BC, canada
I believe it's a PA title car, I'd have to check, I bought it out of Texas, not sure where its originally from
Yes, there are photos on a thread I did of disassembly, I dont think I took pictures of new valve during reassembly
Careful with this one, guess it didn’t sell, now listed on eBay and Kijiji Evasive seller, doesn’t answer questions And now listed as a clean registered car in BC Canada on eBay Would not go near this one
Evasive how? I answer all questions, and ignore low ballers. it does have a clean BC registration, might want to keep your mouth shut when you dont know what you're talking about
Listed as rebuilt status here and on former advertisements on eBay and kijiji, it takes a simple search to determine this and now a clean title Interesting However, your response is proof in itself....
Clearly you're one of the people I ignored. I never claimed it wasn't in an accident, I'm up front with its history. IT HAS CLEAN REGISTRATION CANADIAN NOW, not rebuilt, not salvage, CLEAN. That's how the government classified it.
Seriously..go pedal this crap elsewhere, here is your add with rebuilt title.. Guess that is why you did not re-post here concealing details as I stated. Simple fact, no one can out you on the other advertising mediums you chose, ebay or Kijiji! https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ferrari-355-/283495665750?hash=item4201a89056:g:SwMAAOSw5I5c6KXk&nma=true&si=66CiDfKFemgQxYF1o6AnNWKnUko%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 Let me post a clip from it....
Are you blind or stupid? The car previously had a REBUILT AMERICAN TITLE, but it now has CLEAN CANADIAN REGISTRATION. Stop wasting my time. The car is beautiful, there is nothing wrong with it, no one looks at and says " that car is rebuilt" you people that get hung up on one word on a piece of paper blow my mind. Who cares if it was flattened to a pancake and completely restored. Park or drive my car next to one that has never been in an accident and you cant tell the difference.
So the title was cleaned, maybe you should state that in your add, let the buyer decide on the titles importance when it was states side...doubt you will. Judging from your responses your truly a class act!
Let me mediate a bit to lessen the stress level Seller-you know what u r selling Potential buyers-by now u know what u r possibly buying Let's leave the guy alone, it's his car and there are plenty of sites nowadays to look up cars before purchase One thing I know, not learned as I've been clean from day one, we r not selling toyotas or Kia's here and the community appreciates transparency. Once u ruin your reputation there's no coming back Take these words for what it is
The difference is in the value. I don't care how good a car looks on the outside, a salvaged car was wrecked hard enough for an insurance company to total it. That's substantial damage and depending on who fixed it and how, it can make a HUGE difference in the value. You didn't try to hide anything that I can see and the car is apparently sold but it does matter.
Doesn't his ebay ad say "car does have a rebuilt title" ? how is he being misleading or did he add that in later? sorry i'm confused because it clearly says REBUILT TITLE in the ad body which seems transparent - what else should he have said? As to the seller, you're saying people get hung up on a piece of paper is incorrect, its all about value, previously rebuilt kills the value
The car was re-posted in new adds, on eBay and kijiji after the original one, in those new adds it states the car as having a clean title..... This is After the title was cleaned through Canadian inspection, as the car has a clean title now....BC Canada This conceals it had a rebuilt title in the US So if that is not misleading what is? How would you feel buying a car not knowing this? Could be unsafe etc...in the event of an accident! Both Adds below.....
At the end of the day, its buyer beware...felt I should make the community aware of this. As another poster stated we are buying Kia's
but the ad says CAR DOES HAVE A REBUILT TITLE? am i missing something???? he says it in his ad, anyone buying a car reads the ad- you keep posting the screen shot of the ad and it clearly says it has a rebuilt title? so not sure what you mean-
If it comes back to the US won't the previously branded title be picked up? The computerized salvage / rebuilt remains in the database ... My recollection is that branded title "Super Cars" used to be shipped / sold to Eastern Europe and South America....
