What a great thread, thanks to all posting pics of their watches. I had no idea the watch universe was soooooooo large. Lots of cool stuff. I have a few watches but only one a blue sub thats at all interesting. The my other watches are cool to me mainly because from who or where the came but not at all valuable. I just enjoy seeing picture posts!
It would be interesting if you were to share your top three or five favorites and why. You clearly have great taste and passion for timepieces. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Yes no problem my friend. My favorite are Patek Nautilus which I collect since 1990. Among them the one I love the most is my 3712. I never wear it and bought his younger brother 5712 to wear. At second place I have Rolex with stones. I collect them also. Here I have 2 favorites: the GMT SARU (I have it in yellow and white gold and love at the same level) and the platinum Daytona. Third place Richard Mille. The one I love the most is the RM010 cause it was my first RM. These are the watches I love the most but I don’t wear them that much unfortunately. That being said I love all the watches I have and treat them like babies.
I don't know if I could upload more than one pic All these pics were taken from google and are not mine Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you for posting this list. Fantastic! It is so nice to see how much you enjoy owning these watches.
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. I completely agree with your assessments of the 3712 and 5712. I also really like the GMT SARU, in fact the first one I had ever seen was when you posted a picture of yours earlier. I don’t get the RM. I’d love to see one in person, maybe I’d change my mind. In the mean time, I think I will do some reading on them. And the Platinum Daytona is I’m my opinion the perfect watch. The image was burnt into my mind a number of weeks ago when you first posted a picture and it hasn’t left. I think it is absolutely beautiful! While I can’t speak for all on this forum, I will speak for myself and thank you for sharing your collection and thoughts with us. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
And I will add that the 5270 is also stunning! This I believe is my all time favorite. I would love to see one in person. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Can you upload a pic of your Daytona and Submariner side by side. I’m trying to get a feel of size>.........ty
All the watches are in the bank and I'd have to go there to take the pic. Which Submariner my friend? These are GMTs.
Left is a Submariner 16610. Center is a Daytona 116506. Right is a Sea Dweller SD43 126600. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I've got large wrists so it wears reasonably well. It doesn't feel all that heavy relative to my daily wear Platona or some of my APs either.
