I've trying to figure out the meaning of the numbering on the modules. According to Ricambi, there are four different types of (apparently) non-interchangeable modules. The USA version of the late 5.2 cars has the part number 213326. When I Googled this number, I found a photo of the relay with "3(6)x21W" printed on it. I assumed this number applied to all USA F355's because of the extra side repeater lamps. My late model non-USA car's module has the number "12V/2(4)x21W" printed on it. Early non-USA cars also have "12/2(4)x21W" on them. Then I saw Alex's early USA car module which has "12V/2(4)x21W" printed on it. I now have no idea what relevance the numbers have. The electrical wattage (or current and resistance) of the indicator circuits is critical, otherwise you get "hyperflashing". On non-USA/Can/Jap cars, there are two 21 watt lamps (per side) plus a single 4 watt side repeater, a 2 watt instrument panel turn arrow and an acoustic repeater (which is part of the output circuit on early cars). Does anyone know the wattage of the USA side repeater lamps? Are they 3 watts each = a total of (6) watts per side? Does Alex have the wrong relay fitted?
Wiring diagram updated to show alarm interface. F355 (2.7) Lighting_Diagram (Note: the alarm is not an issue in this case. The alarm uses the hazard light power source and outputs flashing light signals via normal left and right hand indicator splices "30043" and "30044".)
Hmmmm interesting. Maybe my F355 is fitted with the wrong module? Weird. Well Im about to do the module soldering here and will check the #3 with voltmeter. With my USA car I have 12V/2(4)x21W same as your Non-USA car. Strange maybe 12V/2(4)x21W were made for all 2.7 Euro and USA??? Need someone confirm what their module #s are on the 2.7 USA car.
ok did my re-soldering and decided to test it out before checking the #3 with the voltmeter. After re-soldering the right blinker works now Ian you are the man! big thanks to you my friend. You were the right man in this discussion!!! Thank you so much!!! Wish we could give you 100 likes at once

so pretty much; Euro and USA 2.7 cars have 12V/2(4)x21W Euro and USA 5.2 cars have 12V/3(6)x21W Thats sounds like how it is?
No, Euro 5.2 cars also have 12V/2(4)x21, but, as others have noted, you can't go entirely by what is printed on the case. The Ferrari part number appears to be the only guarantee of compatability. I've assembled the following data based on Ferrari catalogue numbers and photos on the forum (and eBay) matched to those Ferrari catalogue numbers USA/Can/Jap (vehicle assembly number 24037 and before) P/N 164369 (No longer available) [B883 60570359 72631 12v/2(4)x21W 73404] USA/Can/Jap (vehicle assembly number 24038 and after): P/N 213326 (No longer available?) [SDC B883 171375 82019 12v/3(6)x21W] Other countries (vehicle assembly number 24037 and before): P/N 158019 [SDC B883 60570359 72631 12V/2(4)x21W 73404] Other countries (vehicle assembly number 24038 and after): P/N 171798 [SDC B883 46466571 81894 12V/2(4)x21W] When I had a problem with my indicators, I bought a module using the catalogue number, but it was worse than the one I already had. I don't know if the vendor had mixed up the modules or if it had been sitting on the shelf too long. The late model 5.2 USA module is compatible with (USA) F360's I see.

What a brilliant, informative, detailed posting this thread is. I had an intermittent RH turn signal not working - located the relay and disassembled it. With a magnifying glass I found visibly cracked solder joints on 15R and L on the PCB. Re-soldered and problem solved. Thanks everybody !
Just wanted to shout out to this forum! I had the same issue and a quick solder on the same connections as @Shurik355 did the trick!
