You simple canot compare the two. The XX is an amazing car which is technologically brilliant. It is unbelievable that a road car can be brought to this level of performance and reliability. The 333 is a truly great racing car that won 4 world titles. It has an F1 engine, no electronic aids whatsoever and is blinfinly fast. I love them both, but you cannot compare them.
No I didn't. But to see a care run a few laps does not make ut healthy. Can show you a car here in Europe that runs regularly but is a real dog. I for one would not get in it and drive it... Like everything, you get what you pay for! An engine rebuild on a 333 is a serious amount of change ( how many kms on the engine) and if there is a problem there are no sores left...the gearbox needs to be stripped and rechecked every 900 kms, when was it done? What about the tub? Etc, etc, etc. At that price with a seller willing to let it go (knowing that a car sold in Europe a few weeks ago for 900) there has to be a reason!
I'll have to defer to others judgment; as I merely am guessing based on other members here assertion of the collection. I have nothing more to add about that. I've seen a few well kept 333 SP's. Each was sold since I've been around them. One was meticulously maintained with significant history by a company called RM Motorsports. I have no idea what it eventually sold for back in 2006.
Is the FXX program still going or has it come to an end? What happens to the cars now? Are they just good for track day trips as they can't be raced or put on the road? Do Ferrari still support them?

^ Didn't know It was converted for road legal use. Thanks for the info. Anyway, for those interested, #28 mentioned above (ex Manu/Powerslidelover) is now in TestarossaSam's hands, who just livestreamed its first shakedown run. Car has been repainted white, from what I see. https://www.instagram.com/p/BWZk3_rDdiM/ https://www.instagram.com/mwvmnw/
That's how I noticed it's road legal... that makes two road legal cars just in the UK! I wonder what else he owns that he just hasn't shown yet.
I find it intriguing that there are people who are asking you for serial numbers. We all know who will and won't reveal that information, so we typically stick to compliant assets. It's a bit sad - as well as an overreach - that whoever knows you won't reveal chassis numbers, and yet they continue to pester you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
