The popping and burbling noise, which I really liked with my old Novitec, is caused by cold air mixing with unburned exhaust gasses when you lift off the throttle and exhaust flow decreases, creating a partial vacuum. Any low backpressure system will give you those sounds. They cause no problems, if that is what worries you.

I read that some catalysor powder may come back in the cylinders when the catalysor area is close to exhaust manifold causing cylinders wearing on F430

Phil- The F430 has a much shorter exhaust tract than a Maranello. Several feet shorter.

    Hello,
if you try my 6-1 headers, you will found a new Maranello's engine .. completely different for sound, expired boring resonating inside the car around 2000-3000 rpm while outside a music like a F1 engine of some years ago .....
Power and increasing rpm speed ...., see following videos ...

Awesome sound Fabio. Get rid of the kinks in the exhaust, make it bigger, then tell me it doesn't sound even better. Oh and it will perform better too, much better. Better fuel economy also.

I guess I should have said: Put an x-pipe on that sucker! Improves the sound without the gorgeous headers so should make Fabio's car sound even nicer.

I am trying to achieve a better performance and just enough growl.
I found the tubi to be too deep at idle but the sound disappears at speed.
The sound of capristo mufflers with Tubi X-Pipe is raspy and high-pitched when the valves are open, and ok when valves are close. But that configuration, over all, is too load for my taste.
    Here's my new exhaust setup:
Ceremic coated Larini sport cats "200 cpsi vs OEM 600 cpsi"
Larini H-Pipe with thermo insulation, and
    HGTE Mufflers and Capristo remote.

That is Fabio's 6 into one headers, ala 599 GTO, straight center pipes, and HGTC exhaust.

Yes, that video was taken just a couple weeks ago. And others on the scene said it still sounds better in person than the recording. Best in the business in my opinion. No resonance either.

I am hoping I have the right tube. Seems the T connection is small, yet the two ones to out to the by pass are large. Am I right?

I am just trying the rear left tire without going full in with cover off. I am on the ground with no lift. Am I correct? The two that lead to by pass are larger hoses compared to the T connection.

If not, I may have a 575 for sale with a blown up owner

It also took some pulling. Did you use a lubricant to get the hoses back in?

Both the larger hoses run to the flap I guess. The small one runs from the air

Bump. Bill did you get a chance to take a look? I got two larger diameter hoses coming in sideways and a smaller hose at the top of the T. Is that the correct connection? Wayne

The arrow on the left points to the “T”. Yes the middle hose is smaller.
The arrow on right points to the switch triggered by the ECU that opens and closes the bypass valves. The short hose on the switch is looped from one vacuum port to another on the switch simply to keep the other hose port from dust. In other words the switch itself is bypassed.
