Two weeks remain for the early bird special, and only two open parking spots are left in the special reserved parking of the Hotel's 15 car garage.
100% refund before Sept 1, 2019, so registration is no risk.

Great question, details on the website
    http://dinorally.com/register

Email me at [email protected], with:
    1. Entrant names,
    2. Year, make, model and VIN (if possible).
    3. Optional: Any interest in a group buy of XPEL TracWrap paint protection film (Y/N)

Sorry, no modern cars with high horsepower and sticky tires that might pass Dinos and kick rocks up onto paint and windshields

Currently 12 Registered, we still have 3 spots in the 15 car parking garage directly across from reception on entrance level. I have rented the full 15 car garage and the next 3 Dinos to register get private, reserved garage parking with electricity for battery tenders.

DINOS ARE COVERED AGAINST MURPHY'S LAW
My Rubicon will be tifosi driven serving as chase vehicle with a full compliment of my Dino tools and spares; wheel/tire, air, spare battery, alternator, ignition box, coils, plug set, throttle cables, 5 gals of bottled distilled water, oils and fluids, hoses, stainless coolant pipes, hose clamps....and more. All gained from 10 yrs ownership of 05082 where I put more miles on that Dino than all prior owners summed together.
In addition, one Dino group from the Bay area is bringing their 3 Dino Semi transporter

I'm ready to put Dinos on the road with support in place - are you ready for some fun driving your Dino to the Grand Canyon?

Just returned from Route Mapping/Proving with a few updates. Hiking 10km up from the hotel, I took the final photo

The lower garage is now full, I visited and signed contracts to rent the Amara Hotel's second and last parking structure of 12 spots. Like the Lobby level garage this structure has 24/7 security cameras, lights, a roving guard and some power outlets for battery tenders but is on the second level.

I am an experienced trip leader and have planned this to be easy on Dinos, where you arrive, park, and have no need to drive until the next day’s group drive. Here is how I remove the need to take the Dino out after arrival:

    • LOCATION: The AMARA Hotel is located creekside, is central to downtown Sedona and just footsteps to art galleries, shops, bars and superb restaurants.
    • SECURE PRIVATE PARKING: Your Dino is safe under 24/7 video directly across from the eagle eye of the Valet and Hotel Head offices
    • HOTEL SHUTTLE: We have contracted with the Amara Hotel’s mini shuttle to be on call to take Dino Rally guests to local Sedona destinations
    • PLANNED FUEL STOPS: No need to scramble each morning and hurry to fuel up before the driver’s meeting! Having the same type of car allows coordinated fueling and each morning our first planned stop is 45 mins out for a post-coffee “Health Break” and Fuel Stop. We also know where the best fuel prices are.
    • JEEP CHASE VEHICLE: Our Chase vehicle is available for private Off Road tours with Matthew our local guide, Off-Road specialist and Chase Vehicle driver

Dino owners naturally appreciate art, which also includes Food and Wine.
Sedona is known for a unique style and flair, especially when it comes to fine dining. One of the most accomplished and consistently top rated restaurants in Sedona is Chef Lisa Dahl' s "Dahl and Di Luca".

I am proud to share a unique Sedona dining experience with a local interpretation including Jazz pianist and Bassist. No need to drive the Dino, our hotel's mini bus will shuttle you there and back .... or eat that second dessert and walk the 2 km back to our hotel!

Sadly, this is a limited size event, the restaurant will only be able to seat 18 people

The FCA just sent an announcement that the FCA International meet is almost full and entrants will be concluded. The Host hotel, DoubleTree, is already fully booked and suggestions for second tier are made
