The base price, Livery, CF wheels and the Fiorano pack are the only fixed prices I've seen.
Official complete pricelist I did not see nor hear of.

Is the US pride confirmed? 350k. Pounds is roughly 457k US.

Have to be honest- much cheaper than I would
    Have thought.

sorry I only have the english version. But you can copy large blocks of english text out of the pdf and just put it in a translation tool like https://www.deepl.com/translator

    Results are impressive good

    So this info was wrong.
The pdf posted by @ilikefastcars1 clearly states that in EV-mode (front axle propulsion) the total power is limited to 120kW, meaning the combined power of the two front motors should be 120kW or greater.

In Hybrid and Performance modes the combined power from the three motors (including rear MGUK) is limited to 70kW only, but this doesn't give any hint to the MGUK specs

The quote was in Euros not pounds. 352 K Euros is about 394 K US dollars so even cheaper base than you thought.

US list prices are usually higher than euro conversion rate - So expect a base price in the low 400's

I noticed in the product communication document referenced a "hot tube system which transfers sound more directly to the cockpit....".

Is this equivalent to Mclaren's intake sound generator or something different?

Sure sounds like ISG to me. The 720S has it if you opt for the sports exhaust, mine has it. Nothing inherently wrong with it, but it does require service every couple years. So, some remove it and install a block out plate.

When accounting for currency conversion, Ferrari NA prices seem to convert from EU pricing inclusive of VAT. Not sure if there is an import/export duty that replaces VAT or they just kick back 20% to Ferrari NA, or maybe a combination of both. My guess for USA base price is $480,000 based on (€352,000 + 20% VAT) * 1.14 €/$, so figure mid-$500k range optioned w/o high cost extras i.e. Fiorano Assetto, Livery, carbon fiber wheels, etc.

When comparing to the LaFerrari, 918 Spider, and P1 and the 812 - the SF90 Stradale sure is a relative bargain, frankly I thought it would be priced much higher. I don't really see it competing with very light ICE-only cars like the Pista and 720S, but rather new hybrid vehicles still several years away i.e. 720S and Aventador replacements. So kudos to Ferrari for being the first in this segment!

Hope to add a SF90 Stradale to my garage along with the 720S, or maybe 765LT by the time I get one as a new Ferrari customer :)

Well, not exactly a mule anymore but a camo-ed full body prototype/pre-production/early production car. Interesting anyway, thanks.

Someone might as well enlighten the instagrammers, they are a bit lost...

I think Ferrari will adjust price based on the market at release. I believe some of this is economy driven by market.

Can see as shown in that picture that having painted parts around an exhaust is a no no. Its going to go black. Little thing I know but should have been avoided.
