    I think that's subjective. I've seen some incredible detailers results with both wax and ceramic that look identical.
    Besides I've never heard of a judge ever deducting marks at a concourse for the paint having too much shine. :)

    I'm going to complain about mine - although I think it just needs a recharge - last invoice for charging it (with R134a) was 4 years ago - so probably all gone by now.

    ...but missing the correct spark plug tool in the tool roll...
    (I know, I know, I'm splitting hair in four; to say nothing about the spare bulb box that I can't see, either...)

    I don't think you're splitting hairs. It's touted as an exceptional car (with the price tag to fo with it), so it should have every detail. They don't show the books and the emergency light either.
