I am now considering ditching the Rosso Coburn with black/silver livery and instead going with Rosso Corsa Metalizzato with white and Nart and spending the savings on paint on the painted shields. It'll liven up the car quite a but and it's a no doubts combination. My dealer keeps telling me that he wants to put the car in for productiona dn I keep telling him to hold off so I can see other cars.
Either combo would be killer R Coburn is one I keep coming back to as well It’s a good dilemma to have
I looked at his paint chip and thought it was too dark. These things are nearly impossible to spec out without seeing with the naked eye.
Agreed I’m hesitant to roll the dice on 3L paint sight unseen Even the chip is suboptimal compared to seeing an actual car however. RC metallic was a consideration for me until I saw one side by side w straight RC. It didn’t spark quite enough joy for me to justify the cost. Other people, I know, are thrilled w it. A very subjective assessment. Thankfully there’s enough flavors for all tastes.
There are so many great rosso options, but we chose Rosso Coburn for our Pista stripe after looking at dozens of red paint swatches at TM. It’s incredible in person. Our 2nd choice was Rosso Maranello. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That would be cool, Ron. I love Rosso TRS. Seriously considered it, as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Personally I would stick with the Rosso Coburn idea. The problem with the painted shields is they lack the space they deserve to showcase them. On the 812 for example the fenders are bigger along with the rest of the car. For the Pista Spider those basic option shields are more suitable and durable unless you are just going to park the car on a turntable for your viewing pleasure! Anyway my 2 cents... What do you folks think of Rosso Coburn (or Rosso Maranello) with Nart and White stripe? My gut tells me that the Nart stripe may not work with the darker reds.
