after horrible experience purchasing 2001 456 from
    https://www.gasmotorcars.com/
received the car battery dead ,oil, coolant leak ..bad service job done by shop in michigan ..
ac not working , signals not working etc.. , tiires bad , suppose they did saftey
long story short the car caught on fire ,, the inspector report its due leak coalnt and oil .. i was lucky the fire started after i parked the car in plaza parking ..

its also my fault didnt do pre inspection, i trusted Fchat memeber who claim it was his family car sold it to that dealer recently with full service new radiator etc.. 18k of repairs

i decided this time to get one from he dealer so pulled trigger and got

the colour diffrent in person and the interior darker has only 7400 miles .. very good documented history also they incluided one year warranty , YES power train from ferrari this last year for 2005.. POWER 15 they call it .. this car had 3 pre inspection past year .. 2 full saftey inspection
so inspected over and over again ..

    no leak :)
few issues, the indash signal indicator not working .. outs side all working
    they promised to fix,

so i have oneyear to flush all the problems l :) i need to drive it at leat another 7k miles

1- if the indash right and left arrow the green one for signal not working , the right is working all signals outside working
is that relay or they need to replace the whole dash?

but the service on the car diplay show --- miles --- days ....

Congrats on your new purchase! Amazing specs! Just got mine 3 weeks ago. Mine has 9,800 miles and it’s 2008. Great experience and it’s different than my other car, Aventador 50th Anniversario Roadster. I also have the same issue with the signal light, my dear said it will cost me around $1,467. Enjoy it in good health.

Matt- Give FAI, working with Ferrari of Orange County, a call and they should be able to tell you about your instrument panel problem:

On your service reminder, odds are the dealer just forgot to reset it to zero when the service was done. It would have shown she needed servicing again in 12 months, at any rate, once reset.

thank you .. good to know
look like the dealer will take care of this issue since its part of the safety
will change the whole dash instruments instrument panel or a bulb?

Matt- Beats me, that is why you need to talk to an expert on the panel. FAI repaired the Superamerica instrument panel that is currently in my 575M, but the 612 has a much updated system, so I am not sure how those missing lights illuminate.

Matt - congratulations and good luck this time around. Stay on the dealer's promise to fix the dash as you know the Ferrari warranty excludes those issues and also leaks even if in the power train.

    Thanks
SF dealer called me to pick up the car
They are 200 miles away from me .. to fix the dash signals..
And u are correct no coverage for leaks ..I just read the contract , also posted new thread ..
It does cover many other things like starter and windows motors .

    Is it worth 4800$?

If your into V12 warranties, on a one year Power folks are paying here over $6K/yr so that's a really good price. Next year you will pay more without the CPO. If your on a year that requires compression check you will pay way more. Its 'worth it' only if there are claims that exceed premiums as always. Comes down to personal acceptable risk and peace of mind. Many self insure. I negotiate annually for the insurance. Sometimes the dealer may cover items that are outside the plan if they see you cough up loyalty dollars.
