What a boooooring race!!! Snooze mode.

Grand stands looked 1/2 empty as well!

They need some serious changes to F1 to make it remotely interesting again.

Ricardo will undoubtedly be drowning his sorrows this evening!! How many penalties?

I always watched Schumi as he racked up the wins, FERRARI FOREVER !!!!
Even back then you could “touch” someone without the officials having a meltdown.
......and watched a lot of Red Bull wins, after that interest faded.
Trying to get back into it, but the last couple years ......... it’s just not working for me :(

I have no problem with Ferrari dominating ;)
Race after race, year after year ......... I am seriously biased.

I knew he would be penalized. He went outside of the white lines to pass Kimi. That was never going to stick

is it me or was the whole race highlights (UK Ch4) concentrating on 6th place downwards, I guess it was an attempt to spice UP the show., mind you there was some nice moves by the desperado's in the mid field

Hardly see the procession of LH to SV in fifth place.

    CL needed one more lap!

Is the F1 race on Paul Ricard the lowest of lows in F1 history ? or modern day F1 history ?

Boring, overtaking seems to be more of an issue than ever (dirty air), the tyres are tailored to Mercedes and the time gaps between the teams are fairly similar as when the hybrid engine formula started 5 or 6 years ago.

Surprising the SKY announcers aren't on the record watch yet.

Hamilton now just 12 wins shy of Schumacher and will he clinch his sixth Championship at or before
    Hungary a-la Mansell in 1992?

A wondrous dismantling of the F-1 record book and there seems that no one has the will to beat
    Mercedes-Benz.

Change rules to mandate only a single element front wing to emphasize mechanical grip.

Funny that people who don't watch it spend an inordinate amount of time on here complaining about it.

There is the golf channel. Or you could watch people playing poker or pool.

While I was happy for Riccardo I felt bad for Norris. And I know LeClerc will be a contender. I hope Ferrari treats him right. Others may want to pick him up.

Paul Ricard is an oblong parking lot with a racing track painted onto it. The only elevation change drivers experience is when they run over a curb.

Easily my least favorite circuit on the F1 calendar. And this replaced Magny-Cours?

    Pfft!

One thing is sure: F1 is dead. And it's FIA that killed it.

God what a snore fest that was. Race? What race? Ham drove off for some parade laps. Bottas has chocked completely. And the only bit of decent action in the entire race (Norris being done by Ricci) is penalised because it wasn’t boring enough.

It’s easy to blame the circuit, as it is particularly useless, but the real problem is the formula. It’s rubbish and is sucking the life out of the sport.

At this point, not even Stroll's presence can save the show.

    Perez being penalised

Perez: "I don't understand why I was penalised. I have to look at it properly, but I did what I'm supposed to do, which was to go around the bollards. The rule is that you have to come back on the track as soon as you go through the bollards, which is what I did."

Perez: "I think what they did is wrong, because I stuck to the rules. Whether or not I gained an advantage, for me it was impossible to judge - it was lap one and there were so many cars around."

Perez: "It's supposed to be slower than the racing line so that you don't gain an advantage, but if it isn’t it’s not my fault. The penalty really hurt my race. We had the possibility to score some points today but this ruined it."

I suspect both LeClerc and Verstappen will earn more points than Vettel this year.
