That Pista ain't me! While the lap times are very respectable, the racing lines are way off in various turns. They are doing 1:40, 1:38...so, it just tells me this driver with better racing lines can hit 1:36 or perhaps 1:35 easily! PISTA (and 720s) ARE AWESOME TRACK CARS!!!

    My favorite track!
Definitely saw you were taking it lightly, and 1:40 conservative driving is no slouch of a time. Pista looks very capable.
Great to see it driven on an epic track.
    What event was this?
I’d love to drive my Speciale at Laguna.

    Fun post. Thanks for sharing.

Laguna is an amazing track. We had a 92 dB limit when we raced there with Radical Cup in June 2017. We were forced to run a crazy power-robbing & heavy Laguna-specific exhaust / muffler. Tough to lift or short shift in turn 5 when you’re racing!

Corkscrew with me in the red SR3 RSX. I’d love to try the Pista there.

Since not only you have a Pista but also driven many other cars, which car allows you to accelerate the soonest and hardest out of a corner?
For example right out of a corner if you accelerate hard on a 458 or you spin or you don’t have any traction.

Very nice. How does the Pista brakes wear compared to normal 488 brakes? Are they as short lasting?

Quick question to OP, does Pista pass the sound restriction at Laguna Seca?

No, I got black flagged despite upshift and coasting when passing the sound booth in the first session. In this video I not only adjusted more but I drive in the opposite edge of the track from the sound booth.

Different opinions on this. So far, I have always liked my Porsche GT cars; slow in the corner, exit fast. I think Porsche still holds that title...

What track day insurance are u using? Paying yearly or daily? As per the 600LT, amazing brakes, but firm pedal, same as the 720s. Only problem is they eat $2k pads and rotors, look to surface transforms for replacement brake packages, much better from my research and will be my only modification when I get the 7xxLT.
