    I think they had issued with the heat but changing Hamilton's wing cost him a lot. It was his fault though

    I fixed your post for you... oit was a great race. Hamilton said he can race another 10 years so he not finished breaking all the records.

    They already did...

    Bad race for Hamilton, changing his wing didn't help him so more wasted time. First real mistake he's made in almost 3 seasons.

    Smug over a race loss lol! It's not about any race it's about WDC. Lewis The Hammer Hamilton realizes this and it's the reason why he's a living legend.

    Look at them: when Lewis wins they are on fire... when Lewis does not win: dead silence. Just watch the previous race threads...
    Now they are not able to talk about Lewis because there is nothing to say so all of the sudden they are all Max supporters in the hope to get reactions on a questionable move against a Ferrari driver in FChat... Surprised?

    FIA to be consistent need to penalize max but they will finagle something.

    What they should do is admit they screwed up Canada, apologize to Ferrari and the F1 fans and let max keep his win here.

    Tight track favors the swb Red Bull. That car is faster out of the corners so Ferrari loses its power advantage as its corner traction declines. I wrote after qualifying that I couldn’t understand why RBR wasn’t the best car at this circuit.

    I agree with this.

    If they are going to be consistent then they have to penalize Max. However, neither Seb nor Max should be penalized.

    My only qualm is that Max has made a habit of running people off track in the past. That must play into the decision today.

    It's a complete nonsense. Verstappen dived on the inside, he had his grip on the limit, and thus he does whatever line he wants to. He would only be punishable if he had deliberately turned his wheel to the outside of the turn. Leclerc was very naive to left the door open.

    yep. that gap will always close. Keeping Leclerc's car there will only mean one thing: Hope to get forced off and hope for a subsequent penalty.

    I was convinced in two things after the first 10 meters of the race:
    1) Leclerc will certainly win this
    2) Verstappen won't even be on the podium

    Quite how Max managed to get to the podium is beyond me. To the top step even more.

    Surely you don't want to win your first race via penalty...
