Lol easy there Trump. Prices have dropped. What was once 330-360k are now 170-220k. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That silver one is at my SF dealership. It was listed as high as $259K at one point, which was plain stupid. Has sat for over a year, and the asking price has dropped down to $209K.
Wowww low bid range for a 9k Mile car? History clean? I’d love to pick up a clean CS for under 200k....problem is finding a unicorn white one .... Sent from my 16M
Sorry, off subject, way off subject; I'm a new member and I gotta know how the hell I post a random thought or question on this forum? I got lots of thoughts, lots of questions.
For some just the sline xpipe is enough, I’d suggest starting there first then augment with headers and cats if you’re looking for more.
Scud headers don't have pre-cats, so probably not much sound to be gained there. Are those high-flow cats or test pipes?
My "The What ?" comment was an attempt at a joke. Yes I'm aware of the 348 Specialle and 355SF but... and this is going to hurt...I dont really consider them to be "limited production". IMO they are just 348s and 355s with special option packages installed at the factory. Just like a 599 HGTE is not limited production but a 599 with options. The 599 GTO is another animal. The Challenge stradale, Scud and 16M are in another category not just special option packages as the character of the car has been significantly changed. Of course this is my opinion. Lamborghini and high end watch makers are the Kings of never-ending "Special editions". When everything is a special edition none of them are special.
Not enough pics in this thread! A buddy and I went out today in the Scud and Pista. Both amazing machines. The Scud keeps up just fine, thank you very much. A CS, which I love and have owned two, would be well back. That’s not a knock on the desirability of the CS, just reality if you have an interest in exercising these cars. I've tried everything under the sun, and changing out the OEMs to a similar 4-2-1 or different 4-1 adds to the cleanliness of the pitch, the volume and performance. Lets also not forget the OEMs are encased within a silly metal heat shield and have pretty crappy bends. Test pipes and high-flow cats sound pretty much the same on wot, at idle and the lower band of rpms though the test pipe equipped scud will sound gurglier and deeper.
Yup, I have S line alone on my 16M and it has perfect pitch and tone. Buddy added 200 cell cats to his Scud with S line and he had to wear ear plugs while driving...sucker was loud! But slightly deeper tone. Sky Hye where are you ? Sent from my 16M
That Scud is gorgeous! Prettier than the Pista to me for sure. I have a 16M and a Speciale, both are amazing. No interest in the Pista. CH is right...cars are too fast to enjoy their “bandwidth” now. There is something to be said for exercising the dynamic range of a car, and on the public roads the newer cars can’t....anyone who says they can is full of it, or reckless.
