I believe they are all the same.. maybe the rails are different. I would take the chance at it and try because f12 carbon seats are rare and if they don't work just resell them, someone with an f12 will pick them up. Race seats change the whole driving experience and they look bad ass. What design is it? Can you post a picture of them?

They should fit with the only difference being that in the F12 you could have them with the lifter (not sure if that was standard on all F12 with the bucket seats or an option).

In the 458 you had to leave the car to you dealer to have them adjusted (height and tilt) as there was no lift adjustment possible as in the F12

If you look at sites selling Ferrari parts (e.g. eurospares.co.uk) it seems they are not the same, part numbers are different for 458 and F12 - even if it does not seem to make sense.

Thinking they are rare seats to go with race and no stitched cavalinos and also given the color. I don't think they would be easy to sell if they did not fit.

yeah color might be hard to sell unless someone rewraps them. I still like the color....its doesn't look Rosso red tho?
unless you put them on a all Nero interior

The seats look exactly the same. I have no experience with interchanging seats but I think the seat rails would need to be changed. Also I would consider if the electronics on your electrical seats would be ok with them not being there .
