It´s a rotating noise and i can hear it up to 4000 rpm. Then it probably gets too fast and drowned in exhaust sound. My Ferrari specialist checked it quickly today and found nothing weird under the car. He will check it more next week under the annual service.

All the wheel bearings feel stiff, the output shafts feel ok and the boots are intact. We couldn´t find anything rubbing anywhere. The noise does not change regardless of gear or neutral.

Sounds like a wheel bearing to me. When he had it in the air did he put it in gear and spin the wheels?

No, he didn´t. Maybe he can do it next week. He just rocked the wheels to check for play.

Recently fitted another set of wheels with the same kind of tires (Pirelli Corsa). Same issue with the old ones.

I've seen bearings make noise without having any play in them. Especially the type of hub bearings on these cars. they pit the balls and make noise without being totally worn to the point of having play.

When wheel bearings sealed or tapered start to make noise you can sometimes get them to change frequency when shifting the vehicle load from one direction to another...slow sweeping to left or right to load or unload rolling resistance.
The corner that is unloaded is the right front when making sweeping rights visa versa to the left.
Most sealed type bearings even when noisy will not have any play..can be very misleading
    Hope this helps.
