    When I connect my iPhone, entertainment screen becomes blank and I cannot use any carplay features anymore.

    This used to work well. Any idea what is causing it and how to fix?

    Same pb here. There is a thread about it.
    Bug + charging issue. Your phone has to be almost fully charged in order for the system to work.

    I did the following. It helped. maybe useful for someone.

    1 - I closed all apps on iphone one by one and restarted it. This helped a bit, maybe memory issues on iphone, who knows. I started not getting a blank screen but still carplay disconnected/crashed after 30 seconds of running
    2 - I changed the cable I used for charging.
    3 - I stopped and locked the car. then I unlocked it, opened and closed the trunk.

    Forgot to add, I charged the phone to full in between.

    I don't know which one actually solved the issue. But now it works.

    Ferrari dealer explained to me the infotainment system is not able to use carplay and charge the phone at the same time. Electric power issue. So low battery iphone makes the 10.000$ infotainment crashes. Merci Ferrari !

    That’s a little weird. I thought stuff like that only occurred with Aston Martins.
