    And no - I don't mean a rain shower - on taking a fairly sharp right hand turn, I had a stream of icy cold water (I presume it was water) pour onto my right foot - I'm guessing some condensation from the overworked A/C unit?

    Not overworked, the drain is obstructed/blocked.

    Ah - thanks! I'll get Brian to look at that. After fixing the A/C, his notes state that in an 83 ambient temperature he measured 43 at the center vent - I'm happy with that!

    And the seam of the evap housing probably leaking. Or even cracked like on mine. The ice cold foot shower was the very first experience on day two of my ownership. Since it happened during a tight left hand corner it was my wife who experienced the ice cold water on her brandnew summer shoes.
