I’ve just started mine... built a new house with 4-car garage, but the “4th car” is the Ferrari in a tandem bay with its own door. I hurt my leg recently so my wife laid most of the garage floor tiles. Still have to do cabinets and decorating! Here is my new garage built last year, external to my primary 3 car garage has parking for 6, plus a viewing loft up top (or for me to have a place to live when my wife kicks me out for buying another toy)... It is roughly 28X52 Utilized 107 year old barn beams across the open area, and also has wood barn planks from the same barn we tore down on the pool house area (last pic bar and accent wall). We tried something different with the flooring. It is actually stamped concrete, we used wood plank molds created from an old cover bridge they were tearing down to make 8 unique stamps. It looks as real as can be, until you touch it (of course). You can even see the nail marks and saw cuts from the original boards used. I think a cool effect. A little difficult to clean, due to the deep grooves in the stamps, but different.. It also has a 3rd garage door (not in pic) that allows me to get the UTV out directly to the back yard area. In the loft pic you can see the Yamaha Viking VI parked. The 3rd garage door is about 15 foot in front of it. Best of all it is heated and cooled, so nice in the summer and winter to hang out.. Attached to the side is a covered area by the pool for entertaining... Should have done this years ago, spend more time outside now than inside Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
