Shows up again 8 s before the end? A low frequency shuddering sound? If so then it only seems to show up when the wheel is turned 90 degrees in either direction. Might be a steering pump issue. Or a wheel bearing issue tho you’ll need to have someone accompany you to see if it shows up on one side or another. If it is a steering pump I would expect that just turning the steering wheel while parked more than 90 degrees should stimulate it. A wheel bearing would need to spin. The thing is that the car doesnt grind anything the first 10 minuters, after that it starts the noise and only when turning in either direction. If its the bearing or the pump, shouldnt it sound right away?
Do you also have the noise heard at 1:53 in the video or just the sound more like at 1:40-ish? I'm starting to wonder if it's something related more to tire scuffing on the ground (due to a tight turning radius) as opposed to anything else. Have you ever run a fully welded rear differential on the street and made a U-turn? It sounds very similar. Does the sound come from different sides depending on which direction the tire is or does that not have any influence? Also, something else you can do is try this on loose sand / dirt and see if the noise suddenly goes away (or a wet parking lot also). If it stops when the road surface is different, it may be related to tire scuffing. Another thing would be if you recently had your differential oil changed... sometimes friction modifiers are required or you'll end up getting a similar noise coming from the differential in turns, due to the LSD system not having the correct oil in there. I've run into this using high performance gear oils where you have to add in your own friction modifier by volume. Ray
It may be a clue. Had the same thought as RayJ about a differential but 458 has an e-diff?? As a clue tho it could something that requires a warm up. Or requires a fluid attain to a certain level. Or occurs on a certain terrain. Don’t think the last one applies but if it requires a warm up, then a bearing would qualify. They frequently change characteristics under loads. A fluid like steering fluid also changes over temp. Likewise a brake fluid will significantly change over temps. Have you had any work done recently that might have changed something in the car?? SV

The sound is like 1.40. I checked the inside wells but no damage or rubbing from the tyres. It sounds on both directions when turning. Havent changed any differential oil, but SV above said there is a e-diff and requires no oil?
Once the sound starts, just stop and try turning the steering wheel past ninety degrees left and right to see if the sound recreates. If so, then it is in the steering or front wheels. If not, then it is elsewhere... SV Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Not weird. Useful. Negative results are almost as useful as positive results. Likely means it is elsewhere. Can you try another experiment? As it is happening go into neutral (pull both paddles simultaneously) and see if it continues. SV Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Had the chance to take it out today and its no difference when going into neutral. It seemes that its only doing it on uneven surfaces when driving and turning at lower speed. I did test it also on a parking lot where the surface was plain new and there was no sound when going in circles.

Check your engine exhaust path. It may be that you have a mount loose or missing. If exhaust related I would expect some relation to engine speed. A low speed is a bit more vibration so it natural moves around more and with a turn finally taps out loud on the chassis. Good luck! SV Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Thank you for the advice SV , will check that out when lifting the car up. The car has full capristo exhaust, maybe it has happened something when they did the installation.
So I had this exact noise on my car, it was driving me insane. The dealer changed the oil in the gearbox and the DCT, no luck. I thought it may be the diff or something in the gearbox.
